The classic massage, or in other words “Swedish massage” was developed by the Swede Henri Peter Ling and is the most popular of all massage forms. It is ideally suited for tensions, hardening and impairments of the musculoskeletal system. Various handling techniques are used there: striking, kneading, rubbing, tapping and shaking.
The classic massage is suitable for the prevention and treatment of muscle hardening, headaches, whose causes are tensions, pain relief, relaxation of the connective tissue and the skin and stress relief. Treatment lasts: 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
Unilateral office work, mental strain or unhealthy posture often contribute to the tension of the shoulder and neck area. Without a balance, the back muscles are overstrained, resulting in pain and shortened muscles.
A professional massage is the right thing to do. The muscles are stretched and relaxed, blockages are released. Treatment lasts 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
The sport massage is a supplement of the classic massage. Here, you use the grips of the classical massage, as well as other supplementary grips, where the needs of the athlete, as well as the special problems of sport are addressed. After practicing sport regenerative and relaxing massages are applied.
The sport massage contributes to the optimization of positive factors, which are decisive for the performance, for example healthy muscular and connective tissue; normal mobility, active energy flow; fluent and painless movements; mental calm, attention and concentration.
