Sport/training

  • miha bodytech procured , as sole exception, an increase of the maximal performance and movement speed
  • the common perceived performance increased in 84% of the test persons.
  • the maximal strength increased by 17% after only 4 trainings
  • 71% of the test persons noticed clear improvement in their cardiac performance
  • the merit of the strength endurance increased after 12 trainings up to 108%
  • the maximal performance increased after 4 weeks of training up to 30%
  • the speed of muscle contraction increased at an average of 22%. The explosive energy of deep torso muscles (which are especially hard to train) even rose up to 74%
  • The measured data show: whole body EMS training is up to 40% more intense than conventional training with weights.

  • 88% of the test persons could reduce their back pain massively. The time in pain and the frequency decreased up to 80%.
  • Before the study over 40% of the test persons sued about back pain, after 6 weeks of training there were only 9% left.
  • 44% of the test persons with chronic pain, accomplished analgesia
  • the endurance of the back at typical load in the daily life (lifting heavy stuff, walking, bending over, homework, heavy work, long time sitting…) improved by 30%

  • 87% of the participants reported amazed about visual improvement in the physique
  • 89% feeled more burly and harder after the training
  • the body fat percentage decreased up to 4% in  6 weeks of EMS training
  • women lost on average 1,5 cm circumference at waist and hip
  • men decreased their abdominal girth up to 2,3 cm – at the same time they increased their range at arms, chest and legs up to 1-2 cm
  • overweight individuals lost in average 3,5 kg weight, 9% body fat, as well as 6,5 cm waist and 2 cm arm circumference in 13 weeks
  • senior citizen over the age of 65 lost 6,8% fat stored in the belly and 6 cm waist circumference even with a low intensity of one training (30 mins) every 5 days
